Bill Becher has led service organizations from a variety of executive positions throughout his career. His leadership background ranges from serving as an associate partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a national partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting to the vice president of professional services and program management for PowerWay, Inc. Bill earned a degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. As senior vice president of production services and output operations at Author Solutions, Bill leads production, customer service, digital content management and distribution.
Craig Lupinacci has more than 25 years of sales management and leadership experience. Prior to joining Author Solutions, Craig held the position of director of international sales with Ingram Content Group, the world’s largest distributor of content to retailers, libraries and schools. He has held other executive leadership positions; as SVP at Gilchrist & Soames, senior director of sales for International Data Group and VP of sales at Macmillan Publishers. Craig also brings experience from his leadership roles at Pearson Education, Simon & Schuster and Paramount Communications.
Craig holds a degree in business administration and management from Southern Connecticut State University.
As senior vice president of global sales, Craig leads our international sales teams’ efforts to serve authors’ publishing and book marketing needs.
Keith Ogorek's career in marketing ranges from account service to creative director and vice president of new product development. He has held executive positions with various organizations and advertising agencies, including St. Joseph Bank and Trust, McCaffrey and McCall, and Bates World Wide, an agency with offices in 84 countries. He later worked as a communications consultant for churches, nonprofits, agencies, and businesses, including AuthorHouse. Keith is also the author of A Clear View, which he published through AuthorHouse, and he writes an industry thought-leader blog called Indie Book Writers.
Bruce Bunner has a varied and extensive background in sales and sales management. Since 2001, he has worked in publishing sales, sales management, product development and marketing for AuthorHouse's predecessor 1st Books, AuthorHouse, Author Solutions and Xlibris. Before joining Author Solutions, Bruce worked in various sales management positions including both business to business and business to consumer fields. His experience in self-publishing and book marketing adds depth to the services Author Solutions provides to authors worldwide.
Before joining the Author Solutions team, Bill worked as financial analyst at CB Richard Ellis. He began at Author Solutions in the same role and quickly rose through the ranks in the finance department. Bill played an integral role as general manager for the Author Solutions, Philippines business and is now the director of finance.
Bill holds an MBA from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University and an undergraduate degree in political science from DePauw University.
As general counsel for Author Solutions, Melissa Bauer is responsible for leading legal initiatives for Author Solutions. Melissa holds a law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and a BA in Economics from Bellarmine University.
Prior to coming to Author Solutions, Melissa served as the Assistant General Counsel and Risk Manager for R.M. D. Corp in Louisville, Ky.
