Andrew is the CEO of Author Solutions, appointed in May 2013. Prior to that, he was President of Penguin International, which comprised of Penguin India; there, he acted as CEO and President of the Penguin business in Africa, the Middle East and DK India.
He had previously been at DK since 2003, where his most recent position was deputy CEO for DK Worldwide, specifically responsible for global sales and marketing, and digital. His previous roles at DK included chief operating officer for DK Worldwide and managing director of international publishing & licensing.
Prior to joining DK, Andrew was at Electronic Arts, the worldwide market leader in entertainment software, where he held various positions over a six-year period. Andrew began his career at McGraw-Hill, where he was responsible for the educational publishing business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Andrew holds a degree from University of Exeter (UK) in Arabic and Islamic Studies.
With more than 25 years of operations experience, Kevin Gregory began his tenure with Author Solutions in 2008 as chief financial officer. In 2013, he was promoted to chief operating officer to lead the publishing and marketing fulfillment functions, the technology groups, finance groups and legal functions.
Prior to Author Solutions, Kevin spent three years with Pomeroy IT Solutions — a technology services and solutions provider. At Pomeroy, he was CFO and his responsibilities included managing the procurement and logistics groups, the finance groups, business development, legal and human resources for the NASDAQ-traded company. In addition, Kevin also served as Pomeroy's interim president and chief executive officer and was a member of its board of directors.
Prior to joining Pomeroy, Kevin spent eight years in progressive financial roles including tax counsel, tax director, controller, and CFO of a NYSE-traded educational and commercial content publisher, ProQuest.
He started his career and spent eight years in public accounting with both Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young.
Kevin holds a J.D. and L.L.M. from DePaul University and a B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Bill Becher has led service organizations from a variety of executive positions throughout his career. His leadership background ranges from serving as an associate partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a national partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting to the vice president of professional services and program management for PowerWay, Inc. Bill earned a degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. As senior vice president of production services and output operations at Author Solutions, Bill leads production, customer service, digital content management and distribution.
Craig Lupinacci has more than 25 years of sales management and leadership experience. Prior to joining Author Solutions, Craig held the position of director of international sales with Ingram Content Group, the world’s largest distributor of content to retailers, libraries and schools. He has held other executive leadership positions; as SVP at Gilchrist & Soames, senior director of sales for International Data Group and VP of sales at Macmillan Publishers. Craig also brings experience from his leadership roles at Pearson Education, Simon & Schuster and Paramount Communications.
Craig holds a degree in business administration and management from Southern Connecticut State University.
As senior vice president of global sales, Craig leads our international sales teams’ efforts to serve authors’ publishing and book marketing needs.
Keith Ogorek's career in marketing ranges from account service to creative director and vice president of new product development. He has held executive positions with various organizations and advertising agencies, including St. Joseph Bank and Trust, McCaffrey and McCall, and Bates World Wide, an agency with offices in 84 countries. He later worked as a communications consultant for churches, nonprofits, agencies, and businesses, including AuthorHouse. Keith is also the author of A Clear View, which he published through AuthorHouse, and he writes an industry thought-leader blog called Indie Book Writers.
Bruce Bunner has a varied and extensive background in sales and sales management. Since 2001, he has worked in publishing sales, sales management, product development and marketing for AuthorHouse's predecessor 1st Books, AuthorHouse, Author Solutions and Xlibris. Before joining Author Solutions, Bruce worked in various sales management positions including both business to business and business to consumer fields. His experience in self-publishing and book marketing adds depth to the services Author Solutions provides to authors worldwide.
Before joining Author Solutions, James Dixon managed customer-facing organizations across Asia Pacific for The Coca-Cola Company. James holds a degree in business administration from the University of Surrey in the U.K., and brings experience in international managerial leadership to Author Solutions in his role as vice president of global sales.
Prior to joining Author Solutions in 2005, Ryan Ladd led online marketing and information technology project management teams with the Institute of Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT) and with Sports Publishing, LLC, in Champaign, Ill. Ryan earned a degree in history from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ryan has been with the Author Solutions IT organization since 2008 and was responsible for creating the Technical Product Management, Software Quality Assurance and Program Management teams in support of the enterprise Program Management Office. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for the delivery of strategic business and technology projects throughout the enterprise.
Joe Steinbach has a diverse history in both the academic and print-on-demand publishing markets and has been a veteran of the self-publishing industry since its inception over a decade ago. He has held multiple executive positions in technology, operations and business development, including COO of iUniverse, Inc., most recently serving as the vice president and general manager of Author Solutions, Philippines. As vice president of partnership engagement, Joe brings extensive industry experience to the acquisition and development of partner relationships and the application of Author Solutions products and services for third parties.
Prior to his tenure at Author Solutions, Joe created high-tech custom publishing solutions for academic publishing entities including the University of Nebraska Press, the National Archives and Records Administrations and the Library of Congress American Memory Project.
Before joining the Author Solutions team, Bill worked as financial analyst at CB Richard Ellis. He began at Author Solutions in the same role and quickly rose through the ranks in the finance department. Bill now plays an integral role as general manager for the Author Solutions, Philippines business.
Bill holds an MBA from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University and an undergraduate degree in political science from DePauw University.
