Our Team

Andrew Phillips

Chief Executive Officer 

Andrew is currently CEO of self-publishing business Author Solutions. He was appointed to this position in May 2013. Prior to this, he was President of Penguin International (and based in Delhi) which comprised of Penguin India where he acted as CEO and President, the Penguin business in Africa and the Middle East, and DK India. He was based in Delhi from August 2010.

He had previously been at DK since 2003 where his most recent position was Deputy CEO for DK Worldwide, specifically responsible for global sales and marketing, and digital. His previous roles at DK included Chief Operating Officer for DK Worldwide (responsible for DK’s international business, DK India, Digital Sales and Content Development, Creative Operations and DK Images) and Managing Director of International Publishing & Licensing.

Prior to joining DK, Andrew was at Electronic Arts, the worldwide market leader in entertainment software, where he held various positions over a six year period, which included business development, leading the third party publisher/ developer distribution program, the strategic sales and licensing division and the online business in Europe.

Andrew began his career at McGraw-Hill Publishing Company, where he was responsible for the educational publishing business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In this role, he managed the educational sales and marketing teams, the editorial team, new media/ multimedia product development and established a European languages co-publishing program.

Kevin G. Gregory

Chief Operating Officer 

Gregory has more than 19 years of finance experience, the last seven as chief financial officer of publicly traded companies. He most recently served in various senior executive positions with Pomeroy IT Solutions—a technology services and solutions provider. As senior vice president and COO, his responsibilities included financial, legal, human resources, procurement, and logistics functions for the NASDAQ-traded company. In 2007, he served as Pomeroy's interim president and chief executive officer.

Prior to that, he spent eight years in progressive financial roles including senior vice president and CFO of a NYSE-traded educational and commercial content publisher. He started his career in public accounting roles with Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young. Gregory, who holds a J.D. and L.L.M from DePaul University and a B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, is also a certified public accountant.

Bill Becher

Senior Vice President, Production Services and Output Operations

Becher has led service organizations from a variety of executive positions throughout his career. His leadership background ranges from serving as an associate partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a national partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting to the vice president of professional services and program management for PowerWay, Inc. Becher earned a degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. As senior vice president of production services and output operations at Author Solutions, Becher leads production, customer service, digital content management and distribution.

Don Seitz

Senior Vice President, World Wide Sales

Prior to joining Author Solutions, Seitz served for eight years as the executive vice president of a large commercial print company. He also has held chief executive officer and chief operating officer posts for several companies and spent more than a decade in leadership positions with IBM.

Seitz holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University. As senior vice president at Author Solutions, Seitz leads sales efforts for Author Solutions' core brands as well as partner brands.

Randy Davis

Chief Information Officer 

Davis joined Author Solutions from Klipsch Group where he led the worldwide transformation of the global business systems unit from an ad-hoc / reactive organization to one that was business-focused and goal oriented. During his tenure, Davis integrated Klipsch’s sales, marketing, service, manufacturing and logistics from a systems perspective leading to a more effective use of technology, resources, and process to transform Kilpsch's business.

Davis also has held leadership positions at Sigma-Micro Corporation, Powerway, and Applied Systems.

Keith Ogorek

Senior Vice President, Marketing 

Ogorek's career in marketing ranges from account service to creative director and vice president of new product development. He has held executive positions with various organizations and advertising agencies, including St. Joseph Bank and Trust, McCaffrey and McCall, and Bates World Wide, an agency with offices in 84 countries. He later worked as a communications consultant for churches, nonprofits, agencies, and businesses, including AuthorHouse. Ogorek is also the author of A Clear View, which he published through AuthorHouse, and he writes an industry thought-leader blog called Indie Book Writers.

Bruce Bunner

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Bunner has a varied and extensive background in sales and sales management.  Since 2001, he has worked in publishing sales, sales management, product development and marketing for AuthorHouse's predecessor 1st Books, AuthorHouse, Author Solutions and Xlibris. Before joining Author Solutions he worked in various sales management positions including both business to business and business to consumer fields. His experience in self publishing and book marketing adds depth to the services Xlibris provides to authors worldwide.

Tracey Rosengrave

Vice President, Marketing

As vice president for core and international markets, Tracey Rosengrave oversees all online assets and customer acquisition activities for Author Solutions. She drives the development of a portfolio of products and services that target seven countries with 10 imprints across the globe. With more than 10 years of Internet marketing and management experience, Rosengrave spearheads the company's expansion in terms of global marketing, lead acquisition and reputation management.

Before joining Xlibris in 2005, Rosengrave worked as an account executive for a Japanese ad agency and as a finance manager in the Canadian automotive industry. Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Joe Steinbach

Vice President, Partnership Engagement and Outsourcing

Steinbach has a diverse history in both the academic and print-on-demand publishing markets and has been a veteran of the self-publishing industry since its inception over a decade ago. He has held multiple executive positions in technology, operations, and business development, including COO of iUniverse, Inc., most recently serving as the vice president and general manager of Author Solutions, Philippines. As vice president of partnership engagement, Steinbach brings extensive industry experience to the acquisition and development of partner relationships and the application of Author Solutions products and services for third parties.

Prior to his tenure at Author Solutions, Steinbach created high-tech custom publishing solutions for academic publishing entities including the University of Nebraska Press, the National Archives and Records Administrations and the Library of Congress American Memory Project.

Scott Dillon

General Counsel 

Prior to coming to Author Solutions, Dillon served as the General Counsel of Indiana Grand Casino (formerly known as Indiana Live! Casino) in Shelbyville, Ind., which is an enterprise earning approximately $250 million in annual revenue at the time of his departure. He holds a law degree from  the Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington, and an MBA degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. Dillon received undergraduate degrees in both economics and psychology from The State University of New York at Binghamton.
