George Burnett became CEO of Author Solutions on September 25, 2023, and acquired the company through Center Street Ventures on December 31, 2024. Before purchasing Author Solutions, he had the opportunity to observe what the company did well and to know where it needed to change. Since then, George has challenged the Author Solutions organization to look at every part of the business through the author’s eyes: pricing, sales, communication, technology and support. We’re keeping what works. We’re changing what doesn’t.

George Burnett is the Owner and CEO of Author Solutions, bringing decades of leadership experience in transforming and growing companies across education, media and consumer services. Since acquiring Author Solutions in 2024, he has focused on building a more innovative, author-centered company grounded in integrity, quality and a better publishing experience.

Robert Burnett

Based in Oxford, UK, Robert brings experience across business, law and entrepreneurship, including leading startup banking at Grasshopper Bank and co-founding Netcapital Funding Portal. He holds a JD from the University of Michigan. Robert is helping grow Author Solutions’ imprints across the UK and global markets.
